Managing Your Health On The Road

Here's a great read from American Trucker about staying fit behind the wheel and keeping healthy on the job:

Has anyone else faced these problems? Maybe we can start some tips on managing a trucker's health.

    Hi Bandit,

    Great idea for a thread!
Truck driving involved 10-12 hours per day on sitting on your ass and it's extremely important to stay active and in good health.
Here's a video of one of the fit drivers showing his routine:

The most important thing about health

its true we all need to move around we sit 10 to 12 hours a day but just as important as getting out of the truck and moving is what you eat with a little planing and not buying junk at the truck stop you would be shocked at how much better you feel.
